Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Feed-in Tariffs (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 1st April 2023.

Section 2 Amendment to the Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012

(1) The Feed-in Tariffs Order 2012 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 27(6), in the definition of “relevant amount of electricity”—

(a) in sub-paragraph (c)—

(i) for “year 10 and each subsequent FIT year” substitute “years 10 to 13” ;

(ii) at the end of paragraph (ii), omit “and”;

(b) in sub-paragraph (d)—

(i) for “year 10 and each subsequent FIT year” substitute “years 10 to 13” ;

(ii) at the end insert “and” .

(c) after sub-paragraph (d) insert—

(e) for FIT year 14 and each subsequent FIT year, the amount of electricity supplied by A to customers in Great Britain, less the amount of electricity supplied by A that is EII excluded electricity for that FIT year.
