This Order may be cited as the Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 14th December 2023.

Section 2Amendment to The Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022
The Norfolk Vanguard Offshore Wind Farm Order 2022 is amended in accordance with this Order.
Section 3Amendment to Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised Project)
In Part 3 (Requirements) of Schedule 1 (Authorised Project), in paragraph 16(18), for “must not exceed two” substitute “must not exceed four” .
