Section 1Citation and commencement
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Mandatory Travel Concession (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 4th April 2023.

Section 3Amendment of the Mandatory Travel Concession (England) Regulations 2011
(1) The Mandatory Travel Concession (England) Regulations 2011 are amended as follows.
(2) In Regulation 6A, for “5th April 2023”, substitute “5th April 2024” .
