Section 1 Citation, commencement, application and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Dental Charges) (Amendment) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 24th April 2023.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and apply in relation to England only.

Section 2 Amendment of the National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 2005

(1) The National Health Service (Dental Charges) Regulations 2005 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 4 (calculation of charges)—

(a) in paragraphs (1) and (5), for “£23.80” substitute “£25.80” ;

(b) in paragraph (2), for “£65.20” substitute “£70.70” ;

(c) in paragraphs (3) and (4), for “£282.80” substitute “£306.80” .
