Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Care Quality Commission (Fees) (Reviews and Performance Assessments: Integrated Care System) Regulations 2023 and come into force on 4th July 2023.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Prescribed functions

For the purpose of section 85(1)(b) of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (fees) the functions of the Commission under section 46B(1) of that Act (reviews and performance assessments: integrated care system) are prescribed.
