Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment (Amendment) Regulations 2023.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 17th July 2023.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Amendment of the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012

(1) The Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Regulations 2012 are amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule A2, in Table 1, for entries 1 to 9 substitute—
