Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Little Crow Solar Park (Amendment) Order 2023 and comes into force on 15th June 2023.

Section 2 Amendment to The Little Crow Solar Park Order 2022

The Little Crow Solar Park Order 2022 is amended by this Order as follows.

Section 3 Amendment to Schedule 2, Part 1

In Part 1 of Schedule 2—

(a) in paragraph 3(1) for the words “35 th anniversary” substitute “45 th anniversary” ;

(b) in paragraph 4(1) for the words “35 th anniversary” substitute “45 th anniversary” .
