Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the A57 Link Roads Development Consent (Correction) Order 2024 and comes into force on 2nd February 2024.

Section 2 Corrections to the A57 Link Roads Development Consent Order 2022

(1) The A57 Link Roads Development Consent Order 2022 is corrected as follows.

(2) Article 15 (permanent stopping up and restriction of use of highways, streets and private means of access) of the 2022 Order is corrected as follows.

(3) In paragraph (1), before the first reference to “streets and private means of access” insert “highways,” .

(4) In paragraphs (2) and (3), before “street and private means of access” in each of the six places the expression occurs, insert “highway,” .
