Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon Extensions Offshore Wind Farm (Correction) Order 2024 and comes into force on 11th December 2024.

Section 2 Corrections

The Sheringham Shoal and Dudgeon Extensions Offshore Wind Farm Order 2024 is corrected as set out in the tables in Part 1 and in Part 2 of the Schedule to this Order, where in Part 1—

(a) column 1 sets out where the correction is to be made;

(b) column 2 sets out how the correction is to be made;

(c) column 3 sets out the text to be substituted, inserted, or omitted.
