Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Approved Regulator) Order 2024 and comes into force 21 days after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Cancellation of designation as approved regulator
The designation of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants as an approved regulator in relation to probate activities is cancelled from the date that this Order comes into force.
