Section 1Citation and extent
(1) This Order may be cited as the Flood and Water Management Act 2010 (Commencement No. 11) Order 2024.
(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2Provisions coming into force
The following provisions of the Flood and Water Management Act 2010, so far as not already commenced, come into force on 15th March 2024—
(a) section 34 (special administration) so far as it relates to paragraph 6 of Schedule 5, and
(b) paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 (special administration).
