Section 1Citation, commencement, extent, and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Countryside Stewardship (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 8th April 2024.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales but apply to England only.

Section 2Amendment to the Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020

In the Countryside Stewardship (England) Regulations 2020 , for Part 2 of the Schedule (management activities) substitute the new Part 2 set out in the Schedule to these Regulations.
