Section 1Citation, commencement and extent
(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (Amendment) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 16th April 2024.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Amendment to the Domestic Abuse Act 2021
In section 15 of the Domestic Abuse Act 2021 (duty to co-operate with Commissioner) , at the end of subsection (3) insert—
(r) the Independent Office for Police Conduct.
