Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Partnership Records (Revocation) Regulations 2024 and come into force on 28th May 2024.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.

Section 2Revocation of the Civil Partnership Records Regulations 2016

The Civil Partnership Records Regulations 2016 are revoked.
