Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Richmond, The American International University in London) Order of Council 2018 (Amendment) Order 2024 and shall come into force on 16th May 2024.

Section 2Variation of The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Richmond, The American International University in London) Order of Council 2018
(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Richmond, The American International University in London) Order of Council 2018 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For article 2, substitute—
(2) Richmond, The American International University in London shall be competent to grant awards of the kind mentioned in paragraph (a) of section 76(2) of the said Act for a fixed term beginning on 17th May 2018 and expiring on 15th May 2026.
