Section 1Citation, commencement, and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Railways and Freight Transport etc. (Revocation) Regulations 2024.
(2) These Regulations come into force on 6th February 2024.
(3) These Regulations extend to England and Wales and Scotland.

The instruments listed in the Schedule are revoked in their entirety.
