Section 1Citation and commencement
This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (Luminate Education Group) Order 2024 and shall come into force on 1st September 2024.

The Power to Award Degrees etc. (Luminate Education Group) Order 2024
Section 2Authorisation to grant awards
Luminate Education Group is authorised to grant taught awards as defined in section 42(3) of the said Act for taught awards up to and including bachelor’s degree awards.
Section 3Authorisation to grant awards
The authorisation in article 2 is for a fixed term beginning on 1st September 2024 and expiring on 31st August 2028.
Section 4Authorisation to grant awards
Luminate Education Group is authorised to grant foundation degrees as defined in section 42(3) of the said Act for an indefinite period beginning on 1 st September 2024.
Section 5Authorisation to grant awards
Luminate Education Group may authorise other institutions to grant such awards as specified in article 2 and article 4 of this Order on its behalf.
