Section 2Amendment to the Thurrock Flexible Generation Plant Development Consent Order 2022
The Thurrock Flexible Generation Plant Development Consent Order 2022 (“ the 2022 Order ”) is amended in accordance with this Order.
Section 3Amendment to Schedule 1 (Authorised Development)
In Schedule 1 to the 2022 Order (Authorised Development), in the description of Work no. 1 in 1A replace at 1A(b) “up to 48 gas reciprocating engines” with “up to 96 gas reciprocating engines” .
