Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Dudley Integrated Health and Care National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2024 and comes into force on 1st October 2024.

Section 2Dissolution

The Dudley Integrated Health and Care National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

Section 3Revocation

The Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2008 and The Dudley and Walsall Mental Health Partnership National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2020 are revoked.
