Section 1 Citation

These Regulations may be cited as the Football Governance Act 2025 (Commencement No. 1) Regulations 2025.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on 1st November 2025

The following provisions of the Football Governance Act 2025 come into force on 1st November 2025—

(a) section 65 (power to require information);

(b) section 66 (reports on clubs by expert reporters);

(c) section 73 (privileged communications).
