Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Whole of Government Accounts (Designation of Bodies) Order 2025 and comes into force on 18th March 2025.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Designation

The bodies listed in the Schedule (designated bodies for 2024-2025) to this Order are designated in respect of the financial year ending with 31st March 2025 for the purposes of section 10 (obtaining information) of the Government Resources and Accounts Act 2000.
