This Order may be cited as the Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) (Amendment) Order 2025 and comes into force on 14th May 2025.

(1) The Power to Award Degrees etc. (National Film and Television School (The)) Order 2023 is varied in accordance with paragraph (2).
(2) For article 3, substitute—
(3) The authorisation in article 2 is for a fixed term beginning on 9th January 2023 and expiring at the end of the day on 8th April 2029
