Section 1Citation, commencement, extent and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2025 and come into force on 1st July 2025.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales.
(3) Regulation 2 applies to the amount of the ongoing fee payable by an institution on or after 1st August 2025 .

For the table in the Schedule to the Higher Education (Registration Fees) (England) Regulations 2019 , substitute—
