Section 1Citation and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Security Act 2023 (Commencement No. 2) Regulations 2025.

(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2Part 4 of the National Security Act 2023

Part 4 of the National Security Act 2023 (foreign activities and foreign influence registration scheme) comes into force on 1st July 2025.
