Section 1 Citation, commencement, and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Supreme Court Fees (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into force on 1st April 2026.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Section 2 Amendments to the Supreme Court Fees Order 2024

In paragraph (2) of Schedule 1 to the Supreme Court Fees Order 2024 (fees payable in the Supreme Court), in the table, in each entry relating to an item described in column (1) of the table in the Schedule to this Order (“ the Table ”), for the amount specified in column (2) (amount of fee), substitute the amount specified in column (3) of the corresponding entry in the Table (revised amount of fee).
