Section 1Citation, commencement, extent and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2026 and comes into force on 31st March 2026.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales, and applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Amendment of the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2026

In article 1(2) of the Firefighters’ Pension Scheme (England) (Amendment) Order 2026 for “XXX” substitute “1st April 2026” .
