Section 1Citation and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Authorisation and Supervision of Collective Defined Contribution Schemes) Appointed Day and Revocation Order 2026.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales and Scotland.

Section 2Appointed day

The day appointed for the coming into effect of the Pensions Regulator’s Code of Practice: Authorisation and supervision of collective defined contribution (CDC) schemes is 31st July 2026.

Section 3Revocation

The Pensions Act 2004 (Code of Practice) (Authorisation and Supervision of Collective Defined Contribution Schemes) Appointed Day Order 2022 is revoked with effect from 31st July 2026.
