Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Compulsory Electronic Monitoring Licence Condition (Amendment) Order 2026 and comes into force on 2nd September 2026.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales.

Section 2 Amendment to the Compulsory Electronic Monitoring Licence Condition Order 2021

For article 4(b)(ii) of the Compulsory Electronic Monitoring Licence Condition Order 2021 (specified period), substitute—

“ (ii) the date on which supervision of the licence is suspended; ”.
