Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (Directions to OFCOM) (Revocation) Order 2026.
(2) This Order shall come into force on the day after the day on which it is made.
(3) This Order extends to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Wireless Telegraphy Act 2006 (Directions to OFCOM) Order 2010 is revoked.
