Section 2Appointed Day
1st September 1999 is hereby appointed as the day on which “School Admission Appeals: The National Assembly for Wales Code of Practice” issued pursuant to section 84 of the School Standards and Framework Act 1998 on 20 August 1999 shall come into force.
