Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Education (Exclusion from School) (Prescribed Periods) (Amendment) (Wales) Regulations 2000 and shall come into force on 1st January 2001.

Section 2Amendment

In regulation 3(2)(c) of the Education (Exclusion from School) (Prescribed Periods) Regulations 1999 (performance of governing body’s duties), in so far as it relates to Wales, for “30” there shall be substituted “50”.
