Section 1 Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Amendment (No.2) (Wales) Regulations 2001 and shall come into force on 1st May 2001.

(2) These Regulations apply to Wales only.

Section 2 Amendment of the National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1992

(1) The National Health Service (General Medical Services) Regulations 1992 shall be amended in accordance with the following paragraph of this Regulation.

(2) In Schedule 10 (drugs and other substances not to be prescribed for supply under pharmaceutical services), the following entries shall be omitted—
