Section 1Title, commencement and application

This Order may be cited as the Food (Star Anise from Third Countries) (Emergency Control) (Wales) (Revocation) Order 2003, shall come into force on 17th October 2003 and shall apply to Wales only.

Section 2Revocation

The Food (Star Anise from Third Countries) (Emergency Control) (Wales) Order 2002 is revoked.
