Section 2Amendment of Order
The Higher Education Act 2004 (Commencement No.2 and Transitional Provision) (Wales) Order 2005 is amended as follows:
For article 5 substitute the following articles—
(5) Section 44(4) comes into force on 23 June 2006.
(5A) Section 44(3) comes into force on 1 September 2006.
