Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of this Order is the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) (Amendment No.3) Order 2006 and it comes into force on 22 November 2006.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment of The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 2005

In the Schedule to The Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 (Commencement No.4 and Consequential, Transitional and Savings Provisions) (Wales) Order 2005 , omit the words “Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority” and “Pembrokeshire County Council”.
