Section 1Title and Commencement

The title of these Regulations is the Government of Further Education Corporations (Revocation) (Wales) Regulations 2006 and they come into force on 6 April 2006.

Section 2Revocation

(1) The Regulations specified in Part 1 of the Schedule to these Regulations (which relate to further education corporations in Wales) are hereby revoked.

(2) The Regulations specified in Part 2 of the Schedule to these Regulations are hereby revoked in relation to Wales.
