Section 1Title and application

(1) This Order is called the Police and Justice Act 2006 (Commencement No. 1) (Wales) Order 2007.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2Commencement

Paragraph 7(2) of Schedule 9 of the Police and Justice Act 2006 in so far as relating to fire and rescue authorities in Wales, and section 22 of that Act in so far as relating to that paragraph, come into force on 19 November 2007.
