Section 1 Title, commencement, application and interpretation

The title of this Order is the Agricultural Wages Committee (Wales) Order 2007, it comes into force on 1 March 2007 and applies in relation to Wales.

Section 2 Amendment of the Agricultural Wages Committees (Areas) Order 1974

The Agricultural Wages Committees (Areas) Order 1974 is amended as follows:

(a) in Article 3(1) replace the word “Wales” with the words “an agricultural wages committee for the combination of all the counties in Wales”;

(b) in Part I of the Schedule, delete the words “Counties in Wales Clwyd Dyfed Gwent Gwynedd Powys”; and

(c) in Part II of the Schedule, delete the words “Counties in Wales Mid Glamorgan, South Glamorgan and West Glamorgan”.
