Section 1 Title, application and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Traffic Management Act 2004 (Commencement No. 3) (Wales) Order 2009 and it applies in relation to Wales.

(2) In this Order —

“the 2004 Act ” means the Traffic Management Act 2004.

Section 2 Commencement of provisions

1 May 2009 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the 2004 Act—

(a) Sections 1 to 12;

(b) Section 13 (insofar as it relates to the acquisition of land in Wales by the Welsh Ministers) ;

(c) Sections 14 and 15.
