Section 1Title, commencement and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Velindre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) (Amendment) Order 2009 and it comes into force on 1 October 2009.

(2) In this Order, “the principal Order” (“ y prif Or hymyn ”) means the Velindre National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 1993 .

Section 2Amendment of article 3 of the principal Order

Article 3(2)(d) of the principal Order is omitted.
