Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Contaminants in Food (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2009 and they come into force on 27 November 2009.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Amendment of the Contaminants in Food (Wales) Regulations 2009

(1) The Contaminants in Food (Wales) Regulations 2009 are amended as follows.

(2) In the Welsh text of regulation 2(1) for “Rhif XXX/2008” substitute “Rhif 124/2009”.
