Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Civil Enforcement of Parking Contraventions (City and County of Cardiff) Designation Order 2010 and shall come into force on 5 July 2010.

Section 2Designation of civil enforcement area and special enforcement area

The Welsh Ministers designate the area described in the Schedule as—
(a) a civil enforcement area for parking contraventions; and
(b) a special enforcement area.
