Section 1Title, commencement and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Prescribed Period and Appropriate Officer) (Wales) (Revocation) Regulations 2010 and they come into force on 25 July 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to Wales.

Section 2Revocation

The Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 (Prescribed Period and Appropriate Officer) (Wales) Regulations 2010 are revoked.
