Section 1Title, commencement, and application

(1) The title of these Regulations is the Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (Wales) (Amendment) Regulations 2010 and they come into force on 3 March 2010.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to the financial year beginning with 1 April 2010.

Section 2Property liable for unoccupied property rates

In regulation 4(g) of the Non-Domestic Rating (Unoccupied Property) (Wales) Regulations 2008 for “£2,200” substitute “£18,000”.
