Section 2Title, commencement and interpretation
In these Regulations—
“the M4 motorway” (“ traffordd yr M4 ”) means the M4 London to South Wales Motorway.
Section 3Imposition of a speed limit
No person may drive a vehicle at a speed exceeding 50 miles per hour on that length of the westbound carriageway of the M4 motorway that extends from a point 600 metres south of its junction with the roundabout at Pont Abraham (Junction 49) in the county of Carmarthenshire to its junction with that roundabout.
