Section 1Title and commencement

(1) The title of this Order is the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 (Amendment) Order 2014.

(2) This Order comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment of the Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009

(1) The Local Government (Wales) Measure 2009 is amended as follows.

(2) In section 38(1)(f) (meaning of “community planning partners”), for “police authority” substitute “police and crime commissioner”.
