Section 1Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Commencement No. 2) Order 2015.

(2) In this Order “the Act” (“ y Ddeddf ”) means the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014.

Section 2Provisions coming into force on 21 October 2015

The appointed day for the following provisions of the Act coming into force is 21 October 2015—
(a) section 132 (The National Independent Safeguarding Board); and
(b) section 133 (Regulations about the National Board).
