Section 1 Title and interpretation

(1) The title of this Order is the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019 (Commencement No. 1) Order 2019.

(2) In this Order, “the Act” means the Renting Homes (Fees etc.) (Wales) Act 2019.

Section 2 Appointed day

1 September 2019 is the appointed day for the coming into force of the following provisions of the Act—

(a) sections 1 to 19;

(b) sections 21 to 29;

(c) Schedule 1; and

(d) Schedule 2.
