Section 2Amendment to the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011
In regulation 18 (public procurement) of the Equality Act 2010 (Statutory Duties) (Wales) Regulations 2011 , in paragraph (3), for “the Public Sector Directive”, in both places it occurs, substitute “the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ”.
