Section 1Title and interpretation
(1) The title of this Order is the Revised Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 10 (Advocacy) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014 (Appointed Day) (Wales) Order 2019.
(2) In this Order, “the Revised Part 10 Code” means the Code of Practice on the exercise of social services functions in relation to Part 10 (Advocacy) of the Social Services and Well-being (Wales) Act 2014, a draft of which was laid before the National Assembly for Wales on 6 November 2019 and issued by the Welsh Ministers on 17 December 2019.
